Armaan feels guilty for Shivani’s illness and rushes to buy her medicine. The seller shocks him by asking for 25 lakh rupees for one injection. Armaan begs for time to arrange the money, but the seller refuses. Just then, Abhira steps in and pays the full amount. Armaan is surprised, but Abhira says, “Shivani is my family too.”
