The episode begins with Armaan reflecting on his responsibilities toward the Poddars, even though he is no longer living with them. Abhira encourages him to check on the Poddars, and Armaan resolves some issues at their house. Before leaving, Abhira serves him breakfast and wishes him luck for the day. Armaan notices her broken footwear but doesn’t mention it, though it weighs heavily on his mind.
At the Poddar house, Rohit comments on how the family is struggling without Armaan. Vidya tries to interrupt, but Rohit insists that the elders are to blame for the family’s suffering. Kaveri steps in, reminding Rohit to be respectful toward Vidya.
Back at home, Armaan feels guilty about quitting advocacy, believing that Abhira is enduring hardships because of him. Abhira reassures him, saying she doesn’t wish to be rich and enjoys the adventure of their current life. She encourages Armaan to focus on his interview and not worry about her.
At the interview, Armaan is shocked to find Sanjay as the interviewer. Sanjay questions him on legal matters, and Armaan questions why he is being tested in this area. The manager explains that they need a legal lawyer for their firm. Armaan declines the offer, but Sanjay asks to speak with him privately.
Meanwhile, Abhira impresses the kids she teaches in her tuition classes, showcasing her dedication and skills.
In a private conversation, Sanjay tries to persuade Armaan to accept the job, stating that he is nothing without the Poddars. He further provokes Armaan by pointing out that Abhira is running the household in his absence. Armaan refuses, asserting that Sanjay cannot afford him. Later, Sanjay tells Kaveri that Armaan will eventually realize he is nothing without them.
Abhira injures her foot but decides to see a doctor only after Armaan secures a job. She remains hopeful that RK will send money soon. Armaan, determined to provide for his family, finds work at a garage and earns ₹5,000 in commission. He feels proud of his earnings, taking a step toward rebuilding their lives.
Manisha meets Abhira and apologizes on Abhir’s behalf. She expresses her hope that Kiara and Abhir’s marriage will work out. Manisha adds that she cannot be upset with Abhira because of Abhir. When Manisha offers her money, Abhira declines, confident that Armaan will find a job soon.
