The episode begins with Armaan attending a job interview. The manager questions how a lawyer like him can transition into finance. Armaan confidently replies that he’s a quick learner. However, when offered an unpaid internship, Armaan, who urgently needs money, declines and walks out, leaving his future uncertain.
Meanwhile, at the Poddar house, Kajal tries to stop Charu from attending Kiara and Abhir’s ritual. Charu insists she can’t miss her sister’s important moment. Manisha conducts the ritual with Kiara and Abhir, announcing that Ruhi will perform the ritual with Kiara, while Charu will do so with Abhir. Abhir requests that Manisha feed him after Kiara, as he prefers eating after his wife. This comment angers Charu, who feels Abhir was desperate to marry and didn’t wait for her. The ladies scold their children, and Abhir decides to tutor them. They agree to send their kids to Abhira after she saves them.
Back at Abhira’s place, she hides the pain from her injured foot, hopeful that Armaan will secure a job. However, Armaan returns home dejected after failing to find employment. To make Abhira comfortable, he brings a wooden plank to make a bed for her. When Abhira questions how he managed to buy it, Armaan lies, hiding the fact that he’s been traveling on foot and skipping meals. Abhira, noticing his struggles, motivates him, reminding him that starting from scratch takes time. But Armaan, determined to work harder, brushes off her concerns.
At the Poddar house, Abhir confronts Charu, accusing her of ruining both his and Kiara’s lives. Charu insists that not marrying him was the right decision. Their heated argument catches Kiara’s attention, leaving her hopeful that Abhir will one day fall in love with her.
Meanwhile, Vidya asks Manisha if Kiara mentioned anything about Armaan and Abhira. Manisha suggests Vidya call and ask herself, but Vidya refuses, stating she won’t contact Armaan because he chose Shivani. Manisha blames Kaveri and Vidya for Armaan’s current struggles, asserting that he’s happier away from the Poddars.
In a heartwarming moment, Abhira plans a bicycle date for Armaan to lift his spirits. Armaan thanks her for the thoughtful gesture, but the Poddars’ problems continue to loom large. Rohit claims he has a solution, but warns that Kaveri won’t like it. Abhira notices Armaan checking the Poddars’ pending list, hinting at his lingering connection to his family.
